If there's an issue, SEVEN will switch to an alternative provider. Additionally, SEVEN has a backup SIM card for redundancy in case of a core network outage. This ensures that alerts can still be sent through an alternative network.

SEVEN is a super strong and reliable device. It has backup SIM cards, so if one network doesn't work, it can quickly switch to another. It also uses a smart system to find the best network based on where you are. So even if there's a problem, SEVEN will keep you connected and make sure you can communicate.

How do I use the ‘away function?

To enable the 'Away Mode', simply hold the 'Cancel' button during normal operation. You will hear an announcement saying "Away mode enabled" and the 'Cancel' button will flash left/right. To return to normal operation, hold the 'Cancel' button again. You will hear a "welcome" message and a 'Home' report will be sent.
