The Digital Switchover 2023

ATS would like to inform you that the telephone providers are currently in the process of moving all of their service users on to the new fibre optics broadband system. This will affect you if you have a lifeline as it is an analogue device that will not work with the new fibre optic lines once your landline is switched off by your telephone provider.

Due to this we will be replacing your current lifeline equipment with a sim based lifeline that will work independently of the landline. The new Digital Equipment will work on 2 mobile phone sims which will be provided with the equipment.

We will call you to arrange an appointment with one of our team who will remove the existing equipment you have and replace it with the new digital equipment.

The new digital equipment will consist of a pendant, a lifelife called Chiptech Seven and we will also fit a carbon monoxide and smoke alarm for you.

As the old equipment will become obsolete we will dispose of that for you.
