My name is Shahid, I am approachable, friendly, polite, patient and understanding especially when it comes to our residents’ concerns. I have worked for Luton borough council since 2007. In my previous role I worked in the call centre, where we received and actioned any calls from the lifeline equipment as and when required. I have been installing Telecare equipment since 2014. I enjoy my job as I meet a variety of different people and I hope I leave them feeling more secure and safer in their own property and peace of mind for family members.

Hello my name is Tabby and I am the ATS Manager. I lead, direct and develop the ATS service including the team to ensure that we are providing the best level of care to our customers. This includes developing and growing the ATS portfolio of products to provide innovative digital solutions that empower our customers and enable them to live independently whilst providing peace of mind to families and loved ones.

Hi my name is Mark, I am one of the Telecare Officers at Luton Council. My role involves Assessing, Installing and Maintaining the Telecare Equipment. We work mainly with Vulnerable Adults, fitting anything from a Lifeline and a Pendant to more complex equipment like fall detectors, bed/chair sensors, door sensors, inactivity sensors etc. This equipment enables people to stay safe in their own homes, whilst giving family and friends peace of mind knowing that help is available at the press of a button. I will always go above and beyond to help out, especially when I’m offered a cup of tea and a biscuit.

Hello My Name is Barry I’m the friendly face of the Warden Call service team, my role is the day to today repair and maintenance of the sheltered housing warden call alarm system and door entry panels. I also support the team helping advice on any new equipment as it comes into use by the team.

Hello my name is Donna Marie, I am the business support officer for ATS. I am responsible for booking appointments and answering customer queries. I’m a friendly and approachable person who is always willing to help.

Hello my name is Morgan and I am the Telecare Team Project Coordinator and Business Support Officer. I am driven by my passion to provide the best possible service for our customers and our team. I am responsible for the smooth running of the office and the resolution of any difficulties which may arise during the day.

Hello my name is Taslima and I am the Sales Officer. I help market and sell ATS products and services to internal and external customers. I work closely with my manager Tabasam to find new products and customers through market intelligence.
