With the lifeline I can leave my partner at home for short period of times as he suffers with seizures. This has given us both independency and I am able to go out without having to worry now!

…I had a bad fall in the past which led me to getting the lifeline, the lifeline has helped me to be more independent. If I need help somebody is always there for me and I don’t need to trouble the family anymore.

...I have had a fall in the past whilst all my kids were out working, this then made me decide to get a lifeline and it’s made me really happy! My experience with the call centre agents have been really good, I have even told my friend to buy a lifeline. The ATS staff are reliable and Mark who recently came out to see me was very helpful.

The lifeline gives me peace of mind. The security of the box is really good and Mark the telecare officer is very nice and polite.

…Since I've had a lifeline, its been better and safer for me. I am more confident in walking up and down the stairs. If I was to fall, the pendant will go off, the call centre will find out what’s happened and I can immediately get help. The call centre agents are very good, they are very quick in calling in. Mark who is one of the telecare officers is very good.

...I’ve had the lifeline for 4 years and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I am not on my own I know that the lifeline will contact someone if need be. Mark is very helpful and explains everything very well and it’s good to see someone coming round to check if everything is working properly."

...I’ve had the lifeline vi +for a few years now and It’s been absolutely amazing. Fortunately I’ve not needed to call the call centre agents but I know if I need help they are there. The call centre agents have also called my son up in the past about the room temperate being too low in my house which was a good safe guard.
Mrs Mavis Rothwell - Recent Service User
I didn’t feel secure without the lifeline but Im now able to do anything that I want to. It’s nice to know that I can call the call centre agents whenever I need to.

I wear the neck pendant and I feel very secure with it, I only take it off when I go out and it goes straight back on when I come inside. I am able to live without worrying now and I can go out in my garden without feeling unsafe.
Mrs Pauline Christmas - Recent Service User
The lifeline is very reassuring, I had a gas leak and my sensor went off and the emergency service was here within 10 minutes. I am very satisfied with it. If anyone was considering getting an alarm I’d say get one it’s like a safeguard for you.
Mrs Sheila Wright - Recent Service User
I feel more confident now. I wear it all the time and even in the shower. My family are very happy that I have an alarm. I’ve always found the telecare officers to be very good, if I have ever made a mistake such as accidentally pressing the alarm they’ve always been understanding and kind about it.
